Job Summary
We are supporting a consulting-driven data project for a global end client in the retail/CPG space.
The assignment focuses on building a modern Databricks-based analytics and self-service BI environment with strong emphasis on governance usability and business enablement.
Your Responsibilities
Design and build SQL-based data models in Databricks
Implement and manage Unity Catalog (governance lineage access control)
Develop dashboards and analytics solutions within Databricks
Enable self-service analytics including semantic layer design
Implement row-level security and access control frameworks
Support modern use cases like NL2SQL and conversational analytics
Your Profile
Strong hands-on experience with Databricks (SQL data modeling)
Proven experience with Unity Catalog or similar governance tools
Experience designing semantic layers (e.g. dbt or equivalent)
Background in BI / analytics engineering
Experience with data security concepts (RLS RBAC)
