Salary: $800$1200 USD/month

About the company

Remote World is partnering with a German product startup to hire for this role. Theyre building a B2B analytics platform and want a UX designer who can turn complex data into interfaces people enjoy using.

The role

Youll design flows wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma from discovery through to handoff. Youll run lightweight user research collaborate closely with engineers and help establish a component library the team can build on.

What youll do

• Design user flows wireframes and prototypes in Figma
• Conduct user interviews and usability tests to validate designs
• Collaborate with engineers on handoff and edge cases
• Maintain and grow the design system and component library
• Contribute to product discovery sessions with PMs and stakeholders

What youll need

• Solid Figma skills you work fast and your files are tidy
• Experience designing B2B or data-heavy products
• User-research instincts you test your assumptions
• Good communicator who can explain design decisions clearly

Nice to have

• Experience with design systems at scale
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Background in data visualisation or dashboard design
