Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bevel Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in metal fabrication grinding and edge preparation with the ability to operate beveling machines and ensure precision work as per specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate beveling machines to prepare metal edges as per drawings/specifications
Perform grinding deburring and surface finishing of metal components
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Ensure accuracy of bevel angles and dimensions
Conduct quality checks and maintain production standards
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

Minimum 1 2 years of experience in metal fabrication / beveling / grinding
Experience with tools such as grinders plasma cutters beveling machines
Ability to read blueprints and measuring tools (vernier tape etc.)
Strong attention to detail and quality
Physically fit and able to handle heavy materials
Experience in manufacturing / steel / fabrication environment (preferred)
