Description:
- This position is NonExempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half.
- Description: Issue chemicals and in-process materials to manufacturing work orders and requisitions.
- Includes work with aseptic materials frozen materials and disposal of material based upon hazardous classification.
- Dispense materials by using aseptic gravimetric or volumetric procedures.
- Individual will be required to perform math calculations and trained to safely handle chemical and biologic materials.
- Insure proper set up and operation of weighing and measuring equipment and utilize a variety of documentation to perform job functions.
- Act as On the Job Trainer for certain areas of responsibility.
- Responsible for the accurate dispensing of materials.
- The impact of not performing the job correctly could lead to product being used in error and in turn unnecessary disposal of valuable product.
