Six Sigma Engineer - Job Description
Lead data-driven process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC/DMADV).
Identify analyze and eliminate process variations to improve quality cost delivery and operational efficiency.
Define project charters success metrics and business cases aligned with organizational objectives.
Apply statistical tools such as DOE SPC regression analysis and hypothesis testing to solve complex problems.
Facilitate cross-functional teams through structured problem-solving and change management.
Develop and sustain standard work control plans and performance dashboards.
Mentor Green Belts and project teams on Six Sigma and continuous improvement practices.
Track validate and report tangible business benefits from improvement projects.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making..
