We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN Physician to join a collaborative hospital-employed team in Central Iowa. This opportunity is designed for physicians who value a balanced lifestyle-friendly schedule without compromising earning potential.
With a structured weekly schedule shared call rotation and no NICU/PICU responsibilities this role offers long-term sustainability and professional satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide full-scope Obstetrics & Gynecology care
- Manage both OB and GYN cases in a balanced practice
- Perform surgical procedures including Cesarean sections (C-sections)
- Conduct outpatient clinic consultations and follow-ups
- Participate in scheduled OR days for surgical cases
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians nurses and APPs
- Build and maintain a personal patient panel
- 3 clinic days per week
- 1 dedicated OR day per week
- Option to add a 4th clinic day for increased income
- Clinic hours: 7:30 AM 4:30 PM
- Call rotation: 1 in 5
- Approximately 1 weekend every 5 weeks
- Post-call flexibility
- No NICU or PICU coverage required
- Total compensation: $500000 (with production incentives)
