TBest Services is seeking a high-performing Major Account Executive - Data Center for our client a leading provider of contract manufacturing assemble-to-order solutions and custom turnkey design services. The company partners with Tier 1 OEMs to deliver high-quality scalable solutions across mission-critical industries including data centers power infrastructure and advanced industrial applications.
This role will drive strategic growth within Tier 1 OEM customers in the data center ecosystem and is responsible for identifying developing and expanding key accounts by selling contract manufacturing assemble-to-order and full turnkey design solutions.
The ideal candidate brings deep industry expertise in power distribution data centers and related infrastructure along with a proven track record of selling into large enterprise OEMs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for Tier 1 OEM customers in the data center power infrastructure and heating/cooling markets
- Identify and close new business opportunities for contract manufacturing ATO assemble-to-order and turnkey engineering solutions
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships across customer organizations including engineering procurement operations and leadership
- Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver customized high-value solutions
- Drive the full sales cycle including prospecting solution development proposal negotiation and closing
- Stay ahead of market trends in data center infrastructure power systems and OEM supply chains
- Achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience selling into enterprise or Tier 1 OEM customers
- Proven success in complex consultative sales environments
- Strong background in data center infrastructure power distribution systems electrical/mechanical assemblies or contract manufacturing
- Demonstrated ability to navigate large organizations and close high-value deals
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate customer needs into engineered solutions
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40%
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling custom engineered or build-to-print solutions
- Existing relationships within hyperscale data center operators or OEM ecosystem
- Background working with power energy or mission-critical systems

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $120000 $180000 depending on experience
- Target OTE: $275000
