Job Summary
This is a work order guided position
- Responsible for building and grounds
- Painting
- Mechanical work
- Basic plumbing
- Basic electrical
Licenses/Certifications:
Any applicable licenses preferred not required
Must Have Skills:
Mechanical aptitude
Basic electrical skills
Basic plumbing skills
Great customer service skills
Must be comfortable going up on the roof
Nice to have skills:
Forklift experience
HVAC experience
Dock door experience
Leveler experience
Years of Experience:
Open to all experience levels
Education
h.s. diploma or GED trade school preferred not required
Software skills:
Basic computer skills
Basic tablet skills
Email/communication skills
