Medical Assistant Certified (MA-C) - Sammamish WA
- Accepting LOCAL MA-C candidates ONLY as this is TEMP to HIRE opportunity. MA-R candidates will not be considered nor will candidates who are not willing or interested in joining the clinic permanently after the contract if all goes well. Eligible candidates MUST be open to the permanent opportunity.
OVERVIEW
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 5x8hr Days 0830-1700 Mon-Fri
- Years of Experience REQ: At least 6 months of experience working as an MA-C is REQUIRED experience in an Adult Outpatient setting in preferred
- First-Timers Accepted: Yes
- Weekend REQ: No; Schedule is Mon-Fri
- Certs REQ: BLS
- Is on-call REQ No
- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs No
- Open to accommodating block schedule No
- Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered local within 50 mile radius
- Pending License Accepted: No (WA MA-C license in-hand REQUIRED at time of submission)
- RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)
SPECIAL NOTES
- Candidate is expected to have reliable transportation (NOT PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION).
- Candidate is expected to have no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
- Pine Lake Primary Care clinic supports 5 MDs with patient panels and 2 supporting APCs who assist with seeing MDs patients. There is a lab on site and a clinic RN. When staffed the clinic has 5 MAs and 5 care team PCCs plus 2 front desk PCCs.
