Position : Power Automate Engineer

Location : Minneapolis MN Hybrid (3 days/week onsite at MoneyPark)

Duration : Full Time

Job Overview

The client is hiring an Automation Engineer (RPA) to design build and support automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate Unattended (RPA).

The role focuses on improving operational efficiency reducing manual processes and delivering scalable automation solutions in a regulated banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and deploy unattended Power Automate (RPA) workflows
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
• Build scalable secure and maintainable automation solutions aligned with enterprise standards
• Ensure compliance with controls governance and security requirements
• Document processes workflows and technical solutions
• Participate in testing deployment and post-production support
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to automation tools and processes
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years of relevant experience developing automation solutions
• 2 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (RPA)

Preferred Skills / Experience

• Strong experience with Power Automate unattended automation
• Experience in banking/financial services or highly regulated industries
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Knowledge of:

• Power Platform (Power Apps Dataverse Office 365)
• APIs and system integrations
• Data structures and databases

Programming experience in:

• Python / Java / other scripting languages

Understanding of:

• SDLC governance and compliance frameworks
• Exposure to AI / Machine Learning in automation (nice to have)
