Minimum Qualifications (Education Experience and Skills):
High School Diploma or GED
Self-directed and task-oriented
Willing to work overtime and all shifts
Ability to lead teams
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications (Education Experience and Skills):
College course work or 2-year Degree in Business Management Business Administration Organizational Leadership or Related Field
3 years of work experience in a repetitive automotive manufacturing environment
Project Management
Duties/Responsibilities
Supervise and Develop ECU Production Personnel
Inspecting Materials Products or Equipment to Detect Defects or Malfunctions
Maintain Operations Data
Organize Workflow
Read and Analyze Charts Work Orders and Production Schedules to Determine Production Requirements
Plan and Establish Work Schedules Assignments and Production Sequences to Meet Production Goals
Requisition Materials Supplies Equipment Parts or Repair Service
Confer with Management or Subordinates to Resolve Associate Problems Complaints or Grievances
Monitor or Patrol work Area and Enforce Safety and Sanitation Regulations
