PositionSummary
As aJrQATestAnalyst you willbe responsible forensuring the quality and accuracy of ouruser interfaces and role supports scrum teams by executing manual test casesvalidatingbasic UI workflows andassistingwith API andGraphQLtesting under supervision. This role is ideal for someone early in their QA career who is eager to learn testing methodologies tools and best practices while contributing to the quality of LCPtracker products.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand UI andGraphQLrequirements and resolve issues.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for UI workflows andGraphQLoperations.
Identify document and track defects using Azure DevOps.
Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality is notimpactedbynew changes.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective.
Create and maintain test documentation including test scripts and test data.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and best practices.
Provide regular status updates on testing activities.
Maintaina high levelof confidentiality and use discretion when needed.
Promote andmaintainpositive morale through teamwork.

Work Environment
This position performs its duties fromourOrange CAor New Braunfels positionoperatesin a professional office environmentand roleroutinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones mobile devices photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Requirements
While performing the functions of this job the employeeis regularly required tosit;frequentlyrequiredto talk and hear use hands and fingers to type scroll and use computer equipment. The employeeis required tohave close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection of text/data in both print and electronic to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time non-exempt worked are dependent on the workload at the time. General availability and presence in the officeisexpected during regular business hours Monday-Friday. However some flexibility is allowed. Occasional evening and weekend work may berequiredas job duties demand.
Travel
There is no major travel requirement for this infrequent travel may be necessary to visit remote office(s) attend conferences/industry events etc. Attendance at our corporate Staff Retreat isrequired. This event is a 2-3-day at our annual User Conference as assigned.
Salary Range
Thehourly rateis$29.00-$34.00per hour. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-2years of experience preferredin the QA field preferably with a focus on application workflow validation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with test automation tools is a plus.
Experience in writing SQL queries is a plus.
Experience withGraphQLor API testing is a plus.
Effective business writing and composition skills with good command of the English language.
Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities and demanding deadlines.
Must bedetailedoriented and able to prioritize and organize workload with efficient time management.
Minimum 1-year experience working on Scrum teams.
Basic understanding of the Agilemethodology.
Scrum certifications are a plus.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
