Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Automation QA Lead with strong expertise in Playwright automation to lead testing efforts for a high-impact project with Morgan Stanley. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in automation frameworks strong coding skills and excellent stakeholder management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end test automation strategy and execution
- Design and develop automation frameworks using Playwright
- Collaborate with developers product owners and business stakeholders
- Drive test planning execution and reporting
- Ensure high-quality deliverables with strong focus on scalability and performance
- Mentor QA team members and enforce best practices
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Playwright Automation
- Proficiency in Java
- Hands-on experience with Selenium
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation
- Experience in test framework design and implementation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced client-facing environment
