Job Title: Physical Therapist (Outpatient Orthopedic) Travel

Position Type: Travel Contract

Schedule:

• Day Shift (8 hours)
• 36 hours guaranteed per week (up to 40 hours expected)
• Overtime requires prior approval

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic setting. This role involves treating a diverse patient population while maintaining high productivity and delivering quality care. Both experienced therapists and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Manage a daily caseload of approximately 1214 patients
• Maintain productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per week
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients on exercises recovery plans and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Strong clinical and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage a fast-paced high-volume caseload

Preferred Qualifications:

• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Open to new graduates
• Open to first-time travelers
