Select Physical Therapy in Menlo Park CA is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist ready to take the next step in their career by advancing into an Assistant Center Manager role. Youll be enrolled in Selects National Leadership Development Program designed to provide hands-on 1:1 management training and prepare you to eventually lead and manage a long-standing highly respected clinic serving the San Francisco community.

Compensation:
- Salary starting at $110000 up to $120000 (Commensurate with experience)
- Up to $20000 Sign On Bonus

Responsibilities
- Offer coaching guidance support and training for staff development and growth
- Assist leadership in growing both the center and market through program and business development
- Support employee engagement and retention efforts
- Assist with the management and resolution of employee relations issues
- Help develop strategies to increase profitability
- Provide an exceptional patient care experience
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapy License
- CPR certification
- Minimum 1 yr exp required
