Job Summary

Location: Hybrid remote

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee delivery stakeholder coordination Key Performance Indicator (KPI) facilitation reporting and embedded change management and training oversight
Provide overall program management leadership and oversight
Coordinate technical teams manage program performance ensure contract deliverables are met and maintain effective communication with government stakeholders
Oversee project execution across multiple technical task areas
Manage project schedules technical dependencies staffing and sources to meet the contact requirements and performance objectives
Ensure quality control processes are implemented across all technical and operational task areas
Develop maintain and update required program documentation
Monitor program risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure mission continuity

Required Skills and Experience
10 or more years of experience leading federal or enterprise programs 10 or more years of experience facilitating executive stakeholder workshops 10 or more years of experience with data/business intelligence (BI) initiatives 10 or more years of experience with change management
Professional Certifications	None required
Years of Professional Experience	10 or more years of professional experience
Desired experience	n/a
Formal Education	Bachelors Degree in Related Field
Citizenship Requirement	U.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunity
Security Clearance Requirements	Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI)
