Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier relationships ensuring performance across quality delivery and cost targets
- Lead sourcing activities including supplier selection negotiations and contract execution
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement across the supply base
- Resolve part shortages by coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to maintain production flow
- Manage sourcing timelines aligned with program milestones
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering quality manufacturing and supply chain teams
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree ( or equivalent)
- 5 10 years of experience in sourcing procurement or supply chain roles
- Experience in automotive transportation or off-highway industries preferred
- Strong negotiation supplier management and problem-solving skills
