The Company
Our client is a leader in their field and is currently looking to add a Level 1/2 Field Support Analyst to their team on a 9-month contract basis.
The Role
You will be the core contact dealing with level 1 and 2 support queries in a field role is customer focused and would ideally suit a service desk technician who has over12 months experience providing 1st and 2nd line support and has knowledge of hardware builds and configuration.
Your Skills
- Providing Level 1/2 ICT support in a field environment.
- Configure Install and test and monitor ICT network equipment software servers and other infrastructure.
- Resolve problems with ICT network and infrastructure.
- Manage and report incidents and requests using the IT Help Desk system
- Liaise with equipment and suppliers to resolve issues.
- Office 365 experience preferable
