SoftServe is a global digital solutions company headquartered in Austin Texas founded in 1993. Our teams work on thousands of projects worldwide helping clients modernize their technology platforms and unlock the value of their data through scalable cloudbased solutions.

Our client is focused on building a large-scale analytics environment and is currently in the dashboarding phase. The team plans to develop around 100 dashboards to support business decision-making. You will join a cross-functional team working with modern data platforms and tools to create clear consistent and user-friendly visualizations. The goal is to deliver production-level dashboards that are simple connected and easy to interpret.

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced in dashboard development with 56 years in data analytics or visualization roles
• Strong in Power BI Tableau or similar BI tools (Databricks experience is a plus)
• Skilled in building production-level dashboards with clear structure and usability
• Confident working with multiple data sources and large datasets
• Proficient in SQL and data querying techniques
• Familiar with data modeling concepts and KPI definition
• Able to translate business needs into clear visual solutions
• Detail-oriented with focus on data accuracy and consistency
• Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ready to suggest improvements and challenge existing visualization approaches

AND YOU WANT TO

Design build and maintain dashboards for business and operational reporting

• Create clear and intuitive visualizations that support decision-making
• Ensure dashboards are aligned with KPIs and business definitions
• Work with data from different platforms including Databricks and other sources
• Analyze data to identify trends gaps and insights
• Improve existing dashboards and suggest better ways to present data
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine solutions
• Ensure documentation is clear and dashboards are easy to use and maintain
