Own and scale growth across email digital events and new initiatives using AI. This role goes beyond campaignsits about building intelligent systems that drive pipeline and revenue.
What Youll Do
Design AI-powered EDM and lifecycle journeys (drip nurture re-engagement)
Leverage Zoho Campaigns CRM for automation and personalization
Run A/B and multi-variant testing for continuous optimization
Segment audiences using behavioral firmographic and engagement data
Growth Expansion (Events Digital New Initiatives)
Plan and execute event-led growth (webinars roundtables field events)
Create integrated journeys: pre-event during post-event nurturing
Drive digital campaigns across paid organic and inbound channels
Experiment with new growth levers (AI tools outbound automation GTM experiments)
Collaborate with SDR/ABM teams for pipeline acceleration
Performance & Metrics
Own metrics: Open Rate CTR Conversion Pipeline Contribution
Use AI tools for insights forecasting and optimization
Translate data into clear actionable growth strategies
What You Bring
25 years in B2B marketing (EDM / Digital / Growth)
Hands-on with Zoho Campaigns; Mailchimp/HubSpot is a plus
Strong understanding of automation segmentation and testing
Exposure to AI tools for marketing workflows and content
Success Metrics (First 90 Days)
Launch of AI-driven journeys and campaigns
Improvement in engagement and conversion metrics
Contribution to qualified pipeline and revenue
Work at the intersection of Cloud and Generative AI and build growth engines that scale.
