Job Description:

The Financial Data Analyst FinOps is responsible for delivering highquality financial and cost analytics across FinOps with a focus on consolidating data from multiple financial and technology sources into consistent trusted views.

The role owns defined analytical domains develops and maintains financial and unit cost models and partners with Finance Technology and Business teams to deliver clear decisionready insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ownendtoend analytical domainsacross FinOps including data sourcing modeling and outputs
Consolidate multiple financial and technology data sources intosingle consistent analytical views
Develop maintain and enhancefinancial cost and uniteconomics models
Deliverexecutiveready analytics and insightsto support decisionmaking
Define and maintaindata quality validation and analytical standards
Partner with Finance Technology and Business stakeholders to align metrics assumptions and definitions
Support continuous improvement of FinOps analytical capabilities and tooling

EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION

Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Economics Data Analytics or a related field
5 years of experience in financial analysis analytics or data roles preferably in technology or cloud environments
Strong experience with financial modeling and multisource data analysis
High attention to data quality consistency and analytical rigor
Ability to communicate complex analytical outputs clearly to nontechnical audiences

Preferred :

Experience in FinOps cloud cost management or technology financial management
Proficiency in SQL; experience with Python and/or PySpark is an asset
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud)
