Material Coordinator

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform the job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Conduct Parts Physical Inventory Cycle Counts and complete forms to initiate corporate level inventory adjustments
• Process Transfers in and out of Parts inventory and process Parts Sale Transactions
• Create Purchase Orders including accurate quantities and pricing
• Open and maintain Work Orders for all Fleet Vehicle Preparation for Sale and Customer Owned Assets
• Operate all types of material handling equipment such as: forklift trucks hoists and/or pump trucks as directed
• Additional duties and responsibilities may be required based on organizational needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED certificate
• Certified tow-motor operator with 3 months experience
• Previous experience in manufacturing automation or assembly environment

DAY IN THE LIFE:

In this role the working environment is a combination of hot and cold with exposure to elements such as: noise dust and brightly lit areas and the physical demands may include but not limited to regularly lifting and/or moving up to 35 pounds standing for long periods and occasionally stooping kneeling crouching or crawling.
