Job Summary
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced engaging Instructor of Computer Applications to join our instructional team on a part-time as-needed this role you will deliver high-quality hands-on training that equips adult learners with essential digital skills in Microsoft Office applications and Intuit QuickBooks for use in professional administrative and business environments.
The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and QuickBooks along with the ability to teach practical real-world skills that support workplace readiness and career advancement. This position supports workforce development by preparing learners for employment in office administration business operations accounting support and related fields.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Business Information Technology Office Administration Accounting or a related field preferred
- 3 years of professional experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Experience with Intuit QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) in bookkeeping accounting or business operations
Licensing Requirements:
- Valid Drivers License (A valid drivers license is required. Travel within the Central Pennsylvania region may be necessary.)

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience teaching or training adult learners preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to break down technical concepts into clear accessible instruction
- Familiarity with workplace digital literacy standards and employer expectations
