Job Summary
The Role
As part of a collaborative and highly skilled team your responsibilities will be varied and include (but are not limited to):
- Opening and closing files
- Billing and support with monthend and finance related requirements throughout the month
- Running conflict searches ASIC and property searches
- Preparing letters of engagement and related paperwork
- General administrative duties including document creation filing and preparing reports
- Back up and support to other Legal Admins during absences and during peak times
- Assisting with the day to day running of the office
About You
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- At least 1-2 years experience preferably within in a similar role within a professional services environment
- Previous internal stakeholderfacing experience highly regarded
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook) and billing systems
- A proactive mindset curiosity and genuine interest in marketing bids and business development
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle priorities and work at pace
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
