Position Summary

Arcesium seeks a talented Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Client and Partner Development. This role will play a key role in developing and qualifying opportunities for Arcesium in EMEA.We are seeking an experienced professional who willleveragetheir industry knowledge and specialistexpertisetoidentifyand evaluate emerging opportunities whilst developing tailored approaches for key customer segmentpersonas.


Responsibilities

  • Generateand qualifyleadsthatbuild salespipelinethrough strategic account mapping cold calling and emailing.
  • Develop anin-depthunderstanding of ourbuyer personas and thekey business issuesneeds goalsandchallengesof our target markets.
  • Work closelywithsales executivestodrive engagement with key contacts in target accountsimprove salespipeline developmentandqualifyopportunities.
  • Ensureaconsistent levelofprospectingactivitytoachievequarterlygoals.
  • Leverage and adaptemail scripts and outreach sequences.
  • Usesocial selling techniques to attract and source leads.
  • Track all activitieswithinour CRMs(Salesforce/HubSpot or other sales outreachsolutionsi.e.Salesloft) and create a weekly report on industry trendspipeline and conversation highlights.
  • Work together with the team toestablishand shareprospectingtechniques thatare most effective.
  • Keep up to date on trends and news fromthe industry our competitors and our target market.

Qualifications

  • 7years of experience prospectingfor Enterprise B2BSaaSsolutionsFinancial Services within theUK/EMEA/APAC.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with mid tohigh volume email/cold calling.
  • Ability to thrive within a competitive goal-driven company.
  • Self-starter with the ability to positively contributeina congenial start-up environment.
  • Ability to multi-task prioritize and autonomously manage time.
