Role Overview:

To support ourperipheralsexpansion in theexciting areaof PC and off-console gamingwe are looking for an experienced Senior Analystto join usand help direct and grow our product portfolio inoff-console gaming.

The role will be working closely with the leadership teams across Channel Sales and Operations (CSO)alongside colleagues inFinance Marketing ProductDevelopmentandterritory sales teams.

The successful candidate willwork across the organisationusing their experienceinoff-consoleperipheralstosupportthe analysis and forecasting ofnew productsthroughgreenlight planningand intomarket executioninfluencing the direction of PlayStationsgrowth.

Whatyoullbe doing:

• Primary source of off-consoleperipheralsforecasts within SIE. Including new product introductions.
• Support strategic initiatives such as new product launches regionalexpansionor channel development byprovidingmarket insights and modelling potential outcomes.
• Alongside the Snr Analyst Peripherals forOn-console to work closelywithCommercial Planning Product Marketing and Finance to support Green Light (GLE) process.
• Share best knowledge and support to territory teams in bringing new and existing peripheralsto PC channels.
• Develop andmaintainforecasting models (volume value) for PC peripheralsacross major geographies and channels (e.g. retail e-tail OEM).
• Monitor emerging PC hardwareaccessorytrends and assess their implications for our business.
• Coordinate market research and analysis on PC peripherals globally: trend identification market sizing segmentation pricing growth drivers barriers.
• In liaison with SP&A Insight Team track and benchmark competitor activity channel developments consumer demandshiftsand macro-factors thatimpactthe PC market.
• In liaison with SP&A Insight Teamgenerate actionable insights and recommendations for product planning businessstrategyand go-to-market execution.

Whatwerelooking for:

• 8 years (or equivalent) of working in aproductplanning analysis orsalesforecasting roleideallyin a supplier ofoff consolegaming accessories.
• Deep understanding ofgaming peripheralscategories and trendsby product group region and route to market.
• Experienceofcommunicatingeffectively and persuasivelywith senior stakeholdersusing data led arguments andidentifyingareas of risk or uncertainty.
• Familiarity with externalinformation and reports pertinent tooff-consolegaming peripherals.

Desirable:

• A passion for analysis modelling forecasting and for gaming in general.
• Highly numerate a confident and persuasive communicator
• Intellectual bandwidth to manage multiple stakeholders across geographies and functional specialisms.
• An ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with a keen eye for detail
• Relationship builder who can communicate atdifferent levelsof the organisation effectively.
• Able toidentifyand develop opportunities to improve innovate and/or pioneer new ways of working through continuous process improvement practices.
