Junior Accountant (fm)

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our friendly and supportive finance team. If you already have some accounting experience and would like to grow your skills in an international environment this role could be a great next step for you.

What Youll Be Doing

• Taking care of receivables and payables for a group of companies (bank statements reconciliations balance confirmations reporting)
• Monitoring advance payments received from customers
• Posting and processing cost invoices related to a trading company
• Settling domestic and international business trips in SAP Concur
• Working with systems such as JDE SAP Concur and electronic invoice workflows
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
• Handling additional accounting tasks based on clear guidelines
• Cooperating closely with the team and supporting tasks coordinated by the Chief Accountant

What Were Looking For

• A degree in Accounting Finance or a related field (or parttime studies in progress)
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting (experience in wholesale/distribution is a plus)
• Motivation to learn and develop further in accounting and taxation
• Polish native English good written and spoken skills
• Good organization skills attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Openness to communicating with colleagues from different departments and headquarters
