Job Summary

Job Title: Grace Kids Coordinator - Preschool or Elementary
Time Status: Part Time

Position Summary:
The Grace Kids Coordinator supports either preschool or elementary ministry by ensuring a safe and well-staffed environment. This role focuses on volunteer coordination and weekly ministry support.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruiting and onboarding volunteers.
Support volunteer training.
Help manage volunteer schedules.
Serve as Hallway Coordinator.
Support weekly ministry operations.
Other duties as assigned.

A growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a lifestyle that demonstrates obedience.
A member of Grace Baptist Church or a willingness to become a member.
Committed to the core values of the church.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Team-oriented and dependable.
A demonstrated ability to maintain sensitive confidential church information.
Ability to perform services independently without direct supervision as well as work cohesively within a team environment.
Ability to maintain poise and a positive attitude even when under pressure.

Time Commitment:

Up to 20 hours a week.
Flexible schedule.
Weekend service availability required.
