Albuquerque Talent Development Academy Charter High School seeks:
For the 2026-2027 school year a Full-time Art Elective Teacher
Bilingual is a plus but not required. Must have a Bachelors Degree and appropriate licensure. Endorsement in Art is required.
Staff report: Mon-Thurs 8:30-4:00 and every other Friday 8:30-4:00 for Professional Development and PLCs. Two Fridays a month are off.

Primary Art Teaching Responsibilities:
- Instruction: Teach techniques in drawing and painting digital art alongside art history and design principles.
- Lesson Planning: Develop and implement curricula including demonstrations and sample works.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe organized and clean workspace while managing art materials and equipment.
- Assessment: Grade assignments provide constructive feedback and monitor student growth.
- Engagement: Promote creativity encourage artistic expression and facilitate student engagement with artistic materials.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60000.00 and up for a Level 1 Teacher $71500 and up for a Level 2 Teacher and $84000 and up for Level 3 Teacher.
