Job Summary

Funding & Strategic Partnerships Manager Philippines

Location: Bonifacio Global City (BGC) Manila Philippines

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Funding & Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead capital initiatives in the Philippines while supporting strategic business development. The role focuses on proactively sourcing funds and investment opportunities ensuring successful execution of capital projects. Additionally the role supports business partnerships including NBFIs local NGOs and other strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively Source Funds

Identify potential funding sources including banks investment firms funds and family offices.
Initiate contact negotiate and follow up to ensure successful investment or financing projects.

Drive Funding Projects
- Assist in structuring deal terms and execution plans.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.

Support Business Partnerships
- Assist in establishing partnerships with NBFIs local NGOs and other strategic partners.
- Support business project execution resource integration and cross-functional coordination.

Market Insight & Strategic Advice
- Monitor local financial policies market trends and capital flows.
- Provide actionable financing strategies and partnership recommendations.

Resource Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (operations finance legal) and external resources.
- Ensure smooth execution of funding and partnership projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or higher in Finance Economics Business or related fields; MBA or overseas experience preferred.
3-5 years of experience in financial institutions investment firms or corporate financing with hands-on experience in proactively sourcing funds or project financing; experience in the Philippine market is a plus.
Familiarity with Philippine and regional financial markets funding instruments and regulatory environment; able to drive funding projects to completion.
Established local network with banks investment institutions funds or NBFIs to facilitate rapid capital collaboration.
Strong business acumen and innovation mindset; able to propose actionable financing and partnership solutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Highly self-driven and resilient; capable of independently managing multiple tasks under pressure and frequent external communications.
