What Youll Do:
- Oversee all F&B operations including bar restaurant and events
- Lead train and inspire a high-performing team
- Ensure exceptional guest service and memorable experiences
- Manage budgets inventory and supplier relationships
- Drive revenue through creative promotions and upselling strategies
- Maintain brand standards and hygiene regulations

Required Skills:
510 years of project management experience in construction or property development Proven track record delivering complex building projects from construction through fit-out Experience in hospitality projects is preferred Experience in renovation or conversion projects is an advantage Experience working in Italy or with Italian construction practices and regulations is highly desirable Strong budget management and cost control skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different countries and cultures Hands-on site-based working style Fluent English required Italian is a strong advantage Strong organisational planning and reporting skills
