Job Summary

Job Title: Tech Lead (.Net/Java)

Location: Toronto ON

Work Style: Hybrid (2 days per week in-person at Toronto office preferred

Experience Required: 6-8

Role Descriptions:

7 years of experience in IT industry in Banking domain.

Expertise in conceptualizing designing and coding technical solutions using Programming Database technologies Cloud Technologies and UI/Web technology stacks to satisfy complex business problem statements.

Key responsibilities including assessing and providing solution to complex business requirements across line of business create application design cost estimation development plan and team management

Strong Experience in IT Industry specializing in Software Development for Banking and Financial

Services domain:

Involved in design/coding and review.

Experience in Windows desktop application development.

Seasoned professional with a combination of education experience and industry knowledge.

Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth / Expert.

Analytical and problem-solving skills - In-depth / Expert.

Must have strong technical skills in the below areas

C#.Net Java

Source control

Webservices

Restful API

SQL

Good to Have skills

o Service Delivery experience
