Chief Finance Officer

Warm Springs Economic Development Corporation (WSED) is a dynamic organization with four distinct subsidiary enterprises operating under the management of WSED: Warm Springs Construction GeoVisions Warm Springs Cannabis and Warm Springs Economic Development/Property Management. The diverse portfolio represents a set of unique financial and operational demands and the mission to provide Tribal jobs and revenue for the Conf. Tribes of Warm Springs and the Tribal economy. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) leads and oversees financial performance and strategy across all four entities ensuring alignment with the corporate charter and long-term goals. This role plays a pivotal role in driving financial excellence operational efficiencies and fostering sustainable growth across the enterprises. This individual will oversee all financial aspects including budgeting forecasting reporting compliance and strategic planning for WSED and its subsidiary enterprises. As a key member of the executive team the CFO will collaborate closely with leadership across each enterprise to provide insights and guidance that support both individual and collective success. As a key member of the Executive Management team the CFO will report to the WSED CEO and assume a strategic role in the overall management of WSED. To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements

Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or a related field; MBA or CPA designation preferred. 10 years of senior financial leadership experience preferably in a multi-business or complex organizational structure. financial planning analysis and strategy development. Experience communicating and coordinating with outside officials vendors auditors tribal/state/federal agencies tribal members. Expertise in managing diverse financial operations and driving cross-functional initiatives. Strong knowledge of financial regulations compliance standards risk management WSED policies and procedures. Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
