Job Summary

Adelphi is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide school-based services for students within a school in Tillamook Oregon. The Speech-Language Pathologist will deliver services aligned with students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) using a variety of service delivery models including consultative push-in and pull-out support in collaboration with educational teams.

Requirements
Active Oregon licensure through the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology.
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Pediatric experience required; school-based experience preferred.
Experience working with children with diverse communication needs and disabilities.
Strong understanding of IEP processes evaluations and service delivery models.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to work on-site only (no teletherapy).

Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with student IEP goals.
Deliver services using a continuum of models including consultative push-in (classroom-based) and pull-out interventions.
Evaluate screen and identify communication disorders including articulation fluency voice and language impairments.
Participate in multidisciplinary teams for evaluation eligibility and service planning.
Collaborate with teachers families and staff to support access to curriculum and language development.
Develop and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs.
Support literacy development across listening speaking reading and writing domains.
Utilize and support augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems when appropriate.
Maintain accurate documentation including evaluations progress reports and IEP records.
Participate in IEP meetings school team meetings and professional development activities.
Provide consultation and training to staff regarding communication strategies.
Conduct hearing screenings as needed.
Ensure compliance with FERPA IDEA and all applicable regulations.
Travel between school sites as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
