About the Opportunity

On behalf of our client we are hiring a Finance Business Partner (Reporting/System) to support their Group Finance Transformation. Our client is a leading maritime and logistics organization with a 200-year legacy and operations across multiple regions.

Joining the team as a Finance Business Partner you will be the Strategic Bridge between the Group Finance users and the technical system. You will ensure that the financial platform is not just functional but truly valuable for decision-making. Your role is to optimize how the business uses the system to run annual budgeting monthly closing and forecasting cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Alignment: Translate complex financial reporting requirements from stakeholders into actionable system enhancements and functional specifications.
  

• Process Optimization: Lead the continuous improvement of the NSPB model to align with evolving FP&A needs ensuring the system supports the businesss rhythm.
  

• Reporting & Insights: Design and develop high-impact reports and dashboards that provide clear visibility into financial performance and variances.
  

• User Enablement: Act as the primary expert for the Finance community providing high-level support during closing/planning cycles and driving user training/adoption.
  

Job Requirements

Technical skills:

• Degree in Finance Data Analytics Data Sciences or a related field.
  

• 8 years of experience in FP&A reporting or finance systems.
  

• Hands-on experience in managing/supporting Oracle EPM / NSPB / Hyperion or similar planning tools.
  

• Strong grasp of financial consolidation budgeting cycles and reporting logic (IFRS/Management reporting).
  

• Experience with NetSuite or operational systems like Cargowise is a plus.
  

• Strong English communication skills.
  

Soft skills:

• Deep understanding of how Finance teams think and what data they need.
  

• Ability to manage expectations and influence senior Finance stakeholders.
  

• High focus on data accuracy and reconciliation between systems.
  

• Strong capability in training and supporting non-technical users.
