Our client is a top-notch technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts ensuring achievement or overachievement of revenue contract value and gross profit targets
- Develop and execute account strategies to expand wallet share across the companys solution portfolio
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using structured sales methodologies and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers particularly at Line of Business level
- Analyze customer business objectives and challenges translating them into tailored digital and enterprise application solutions
- Develop and present compelling value propositions and business cases including joint proposals with partners
- Collaborate closely with Pre-sales Delivery and regional/global teams to ensure aligned and effective solution delivery
- Drive business opportunities through strong partnership engagement at both local and global levels
- Monitor market trends emerging technologies and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
- Represent the company at industry events conferences CxO roundtables and customer engagements
- Lead sales initiatives including new client acquisition when required
- Coach and support sales team members to achieve KPIs and business objectives
- Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority to ensure successful outcomes
Requirements
- Strong sales and business acumen with a proven track record in enterprise IT or consulting sales
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in managing strategic accounts and complex B2B sales cycles
- Industry experience in Manufacturing Retail or CPG
- Experience engaging with senior-level stakeholders in business or IT functions or managing IT/business operations within relevant industries
- Solid knowledge and hands-on sales experience in ERP solutions (e.g. SAP D365 Odoo FAST Bravo or equivalent)
- Proven ability to lead sales teams and drive KPI achievement
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional and global environments
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or equivalent)
- Bachelors degree in Business Technology or a related field
