Job Summary
Position: Inbound Call Operator (Up to 60K)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM (PH Time)
Work setup: Onsite

Our client is currently looking for an Inbound Call Operator to manage incoming calls and act as the first point of contact for general enquiries. The role will also provide basic administrative support during periods of low call volume supporting the wider team with daytoday operational tasks.
In this role you will:
- Answer inbound phone calls in a professional courteous and timely manner
- Accurately identify caller needs and direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member
- Provide basic information to callers while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Act as the first point of contact for general enquiries
- Escalate urgent or sensitive calls appropriately
- Maintain call logs and records as required
- Assist with basic administrative tasks during low call volumes
- Perform data entry document updates and other ad-hoc administrative support as required
- Support internal teams to ensure smooth daytoday operations
Requirements
Were Looking for Someone Who has:
- Previous experience in inbound call handling reception or customer service roles
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Professional phone manner and customerfocused approach
- Basic administrative and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience supporting Australian clients or healthcare/aged care organizations is an advantage but not essential
