Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Solutions Architect to design shape and optimize end-to-end business and technology solutions across diverse operational environments. This role requires an individual who can assess existing solution frameworks identify where legacy or retrofitted designs need improvement and deliver scalable fit-for-purpose solutions aligned to business strategy.
The successful candidate will be able to move confidently between high-level solution strategy and practical implementation realities. You will ensure that business requirements technical capabilities and operational outcomes are effectively aligned while driving clarity and structure in complex delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end technology and business solutions aligned to strategic objectives
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify inefficiencies integration gaps and redesign opportunities
- Translate business requirements into practical scalable solution architectures
- Ensure alignment between solution design implementation capability and operational performance
- Identify risks dependencies constraints and trade-offs early in the solution lifecycle
- Provide governance standards and best practices across solution delivery initiatives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders developers vendors and operational teams to ensure successful implementation
- Develop solution models that are context-aware sustainable and commercially viable
- Support digital transformation systems integration and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect Enterprise Architect or similar senior technical role
- Strong understanding of business processes systems integration and solution design principles
- Experience delivering solutions across multiple sectors or operational environments
- Demonstrated ability to bridge business strategy with technical execution
- Strong analytical structured problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong governance documentation and design assurance capability
- Relevant degree or qualification in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Cloud platform or architecture certifications advantageous (AWS Azure Google Cloud TOGAF etc.)

Required Skills:
Experience 5 years of experience in operations coordination delivery support programme support or complex implementation environments. Proven experience supporting live high-dependency or multi-stakeholder environments. Strong experience coordinating schedules actions reporting inputs governance processes and operational readiness activity. Demonstrated ability to work across multiple sectors or domains without relying on generic support methods. Experience managing competing priorities ensuring documentation accuracy and maintaining follow-through under pressure. Solid understanding of how operational coordination impacts delivery quality and execution discipline. Ability to engage confidently with both technical teams and operational stakeholders. Experience supporting pilot activity go-live readiness and post-deployment coordination.
