Job Summary
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a growth-focused role that sits at the intersection of marketing and program delivery. The Inside Sales CRM Manager owns the outreach pipeline across Wadhwani Foundations core programs. You will identify qualify and nurture leads manage the CRM and work closely with program teams to convert outreach into partnerships enrolments and employer relationships.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Pipeline and Outreach
Own the end-to-end outreach pipeline for Accelerate (venture and partner pipeline) (institutional and corporate partners) and Skilling (employer and placement partners)
Run structured outreach sequences via LinkedIn email and phone
Qualify inbound leads from campaigns and route them to the right program teams
Track and report pipeline health every week
CRM Management
Own the CRM setup hygiene and reporting across programs
Build dashboards that give the marketing and program teams real-time visibility into pipeline status
Identify gaps in the funnel and recommend corrective actions
Collaboration
Work closely with program teams to understand partner profiles and outreach priorities
Align with the marketing team on campaign-to-pipeline linkage ensuring leads generated are followed up effectively
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
57 years in inside sales business development or partnerships roles
Hands-on experience with a CRM platform (HubSpot & Zoho)
Strong written and verbal communication - comfortable reaching out cold and following up persistently
Organised data-driven and comfortable owning a number
Experience working with B2B or institutional audiences preferred
