Job Summary
Job Title: BESS Sales Executive (Inverter & Battery Sales)
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for inverter and battery products in the assigned territory
Drive primary and secondary sales through dealers distributors and channel partners
Identify new business opportunities in residential commercial and institutional segments
Promote BESS solutions to increase market penetration
2. Channel Management
Appoint and develop new dealers and distributors for inverter and battery products
Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners
Ensure partner engagement training and profitability
Track dealer performance and support them in achieving targets
3. Market Development
Increase brand visibility and awareness in the assigned territory
Conduct product demonstrations dealer meets and promotional campaigns
Educate partners and customers on inverter and battery solutions
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
4. Collection & Credit Control
Ensure timely collections from dealers and distributors
Monitor outstanding payments and maintain healthy credit cycles
Minimize financial risk by adhering to company policies
5. Team Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics service and marketing)
Ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
Support service teams in resolving product-related issues
6. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Handle queries complaints and escalations effectively
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
7. Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily weekly and monthly sales reports
Track KPIs such as sales growth conversion ratio and collection efficiency
Provide market feedback and insights to management

Qualification
/ Diploma / ITI in Electrical or related field
Experience
12 years of experience in sales (preferably inverter battery solar or electrical products)
Key Skills Required
Strong understanding of channel sales and distribution
Good knowledge of territory management and market expansion
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven self-motivated and proactive mindset
Ability to work in a field sales environment
Other Requirements
Must own a two-wheeler
Valid Driving License (DL) is mandatory
Willingness to travel extensively
