Job Title: Contract Support Administrator
Location: London (Hackney)
Pay Rate: 15.00 per hour (PAYE)
Job Type: Temporary (Full-Time)
Contract Length: 4th May 2026 30th October 2026
Hours: 40 hours per week (standard office hours)
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Contract Support Administrator to join a busy facilities management contract based in Hackney. This is a fast-paced office-based role supporting the day-to-day delivery of maintenance services.
Youll be the link between engineers subcontractors and the client ensuring jobs are booked tracked and completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling and booking planned and reactive maintenance works
- Chasing engineers and subcontractors for updates and job completion
- Updating internal systems with job progress and status
- Liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure service delivery
- Supporting the contract team with general administrative duties
- Ensuring SLAs and deadlines are met
Requirements
- Previous experience in a contract support / helpdesk / FM admin role preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook essential)
- Experience with CAFM systems is advantageous
