We are currently recruiting for a Contract Support Administrator to join a busy facilities management contract based in Hackney. This is a fast-paced office-based role supporting the day-to-day delivery of maintenance services.
Youll be the link between engineers subcontractors and the client ensuring jobs are booked tracked and completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling and booking planned and reactive maintenance works
Chasing engineers and subcontractors for updates and job completion
Updating internal systems with job progress and status
Liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure service delivery
Supporting the contract team with general administrative duties
Ensuring SLAs and deadlines are met
Requirements
Previous experience in a contract support / helpdesk / FM admin role preferred
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook essential)
Experience with CAFM systems is advantageous
