Location: Central London
Pay: 23.00 26.00 per hour (Umbrella / PAYE depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday 11:00 20:00
Contract: Temporary (Long-Term Sickness Cover)
Start Date: 27 April 2026
End Date: 14 May 2027
A long-term opportunity is available for a Multi-Skilled Electrician to work on a high-profile commercial site in Central London. This is a steady role with consistent hours suited to an experienced engineer comfortable working in a professional client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across electrical and building systems
Respond to reactive maintenance issues and faults
Operate and manage fire alarm panels confidently
Support general building maintenance tasks where required
Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety standards
Maintain accurate records of works carried out
Requirements:
Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
Experience in a commercial building maintenance environment
Confident using and managing fire alarm panels (essential)
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Reliable professional and able to work independently
Right to Work in the UK
