As SustainabilityDataAnalyst you will take an active part in managing and analysing our environmental social and governance(ESG)data. You will be in daily contact with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and experience how sustainability playsan important rolein our Allergy strategy.

Fields of responsibility:

The Sustainability teamis responsible fordeveloping ALKs strategiespoliciesand targets within the sustainability area and for embedding sustainability at all levels of the organisation. The team furthermore supports and coordinates the implementation and daily management of the sustainability strategy.

As a member of the team you willbe responsible for:

• Reporting progress to external rating agencies

• Respondingtoinvestor queries on ESG

• Monitoring trends and legal requirements

• Identifyingand supporting progress on ESG reporting

• Analysing data and suggesting improvements

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such astheEuropean Sustainability Reporting Standards

• Communication on web sites and other media

• Other ad hoc tasks related to sustainability

Your qualifications:

We are looking for a person with great analytical and collaboration skills who can support a broad range oftaskswithin the field of sustainability.

The preferred candidate has several of the following skills:

• Abachelors or mastersdegree in a quantitative field with strong data and analytics skills (e.g. Accounting/Controlling Auditing Environmental Science). A specialisation in Sustainability is a plus.

• Min. 2 years of full-time working experience withinsustainabilitye.g. from an ESG rating agency aconsultancyfirmor a sustainability team in a private company

• Self-motivatedengagedand independent

• Strong analytic mindsetand confident in using Microsoft Excel Office PowerPoint.

• Experience withsustainability data monitoring and ESG reporting(CSRD/ESRS/EU Taxonomy)

• Experience withratings likeSustainalytics MSCI ISS ESGorEcoVadis

• Fluent in both written and spoken English
