While these are two separate per diem roles across our Newton-Wellesley and Brigham and Womens Faulkner Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation programs our goal is to hire one Dietitian who is open to supporting both sites. Youll work with one shared patient population under Mass General Brigham with closely aligned teams workflows documentation and orientation across both programs making it a seamless experience to practice across both locations.
Job Summary
This Dietitian will serve as a key subject matter expert within two multidisciplinary Cardiac Rehabilitation teams supporting patients and families enrolled in our programs. They will bring advanced knowledge in the assessment development and delivery of evidence-based nutrition care plans and will provide both individual and group education to help patients build sustainable heart-healthy habits.Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors Degree required
- Masters Degree preferred
Licenses and Credentials
- Dietitian and Nutritionist preferred
- Heartsaver CPR AED Certification CPR preferred
- Registered Dietitian RD preferred
- Registered Dietitican Nutritionist RDN preferred
Additional Job Details (if applicable)
Dietitian work experience specifically in a Cardiac Rehabilitation Program preferred.
