Location: Kermit TX
Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks high possibility of extension)

Compensation:

• Travel Pay: $2307.96/week
• Local Pay: $2016/week

Schedule:

• Shift: Day Shift
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency department. The ideal candidate will be skilled in triage emergency response and critical care ensuring timely and effective treatment for patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assess triage and prioritize patients in the emergency department
• Deliver direct patient care including administering medications and treatments
• Respond to trauma and emergency situations with appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate documentation
• Adhere to clinical standards safety protocols and hospital policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact/multistate license
• Strong critical thinking communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
