The ability to give immediate constructive feedback to feedback to the supervisor for input on 30 60 90 day & annual reviews. Oversee 2nd shift along with 2nd shift supervisor to ensure all actions are met and standards are and train the 3rd shift cleaner for the clean room. Maintain and improvements for 5S standards through the clean our procedures and GMP to avoid non-conformances. Participate in root cause analysis and 5 Whys as communicate with shift supervisor and Needle support team on manufacturing act as a runner/floater in the clean room. Creates the rotating schedule for the clean on-time delivery rate for the team and value w/ the needles planner on incoming product avoid shortages on the use of overtime when meeting the customers duties as Education/Experience RequiredMinimum 2-3 years manufacturing or production experience as an operator inspector or finisherPrior experience directing and supervising other associates is preferredMinimum Training/Knowledge/Skills RequiredExcellent leadership computer communication and organizational to manage multiple priorities with many time will be expected to attend safety meeting/training serve on the facility safety committee if asked and participate in hazard analysis and offer market competitive compensation. Potential salary range for this role is $22.00.-24.00 Actual pay will be determined based on experience qualifications geographic location and other job-related factors permitted by law.
