The Lead Progression Cleaner Oversees and supports cleaning activities throughout the construction site directing a team of Progress Cleaners to maintain cleanliness. This role ensures work areas remain clear of debris properly staged and compliant with site standards while coordinating with the Foreman and other labor leads to support daily project needs.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct a team of Progress Cleaners throughout the construction site.
- Ensure all work areas remain free of debris hazards and obstructions.
- Coordinate daily cleaning plans and adjust priorities based on project needs.
- Work closely with the Foreman and labor leads to support site operations.
- Oversee proper staging and organization of materials to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Conduct walkthroughs to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
- Train new Progress Cleaners on procedures safety expectations and tools.
- Communicate issues hazards or shortages to site supervision.
- Support general labor tasks when required to maintain site productivity.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience on a construction site or in a labor/cleaning role.
- Ability to lead direct and coordinate the activities of a small team.
- Strong understanding of safety practices in active work environments.
- Ability to anticipate cleanliness needs and respond quickly to changing conditions.
- Reliable punctual and capable of maintaining high housekeeping standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a lead or crewlead position.
- Familiarity with construction workflow materials and staging practices.
- Ability to operate basic labor tools (brooms shovels vacuums etc.).
- Knowledge of OSHAaligned housekeeping requirements.
Licenses/Certifications
- OSHA-10 is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment up to 40lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders and multiple flights of stairs to access elevated equipment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time in various work environments
- Ability to bend stoop kneel and reach for equipment related tasks
- Basic physical fitness to respond quickly to emergency situations and navigate areas quickly
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently withing various work environments to troubleshoot issues or respond to emergencies.
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity for working with small components and connectors
- Clear vision with or without correction to perform tasks requiring attention to detail and precision while wearing safety glasses
- Ability to differentiate between color-coded warning signs labels and cables
- Ability to work in environments with a wide variety temperature inside a facility
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions including extreme temperatures rain or snow
- Capability to work in environments with elevated noise levels while wearing hearing protection
- Possession of a valid drivers license for work-related travel as required

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure
The hourly rate for this role is $22.00 per hour. This range reflects a goodfaith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire based on factors such as skills experience education and market/location. Our comprehensive benefits include health dental and vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) gym discount mental health Discounted Group Life & AD&D Discounted Group Short & Long-term Disability 401(k) retirement matching PTO/paid holidays and parental leave. This posted hourly rate is the final rate of pay for the position based on jobrelated factors consistent with applicable law.
