Job Summary
We are currently seeking dedicated and certified Male Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team for the upcoming school year. This role involves providing direct behavioral support to students within a school district setting. We have an immediate primary need in the South Houston area with additional locations across the district to be determined.
As an RBT you will work closely with BCBAs and school staff to implement behavior intervention plans foster a positive learning environment and help students reach their social and academic goals.
Key Requirements
To be considered for this role candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Certification: Must hold an Active RBT Certification through the BACB.
- Experience: Previous school-based experience is strictly required.
- Location: This is an on-site only position; remote or hybrid options are not available.
- Availability: Ready to commit to the full academic calendar.
