Were looking for a motivated and hands-on Store Supervisor to support our on-site Starbucks location at Hotel X Toronto. As a Store Supervisor you will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts and deliver an exceptional customer service experience in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to deliver customer service and maintain a positive in-store experience.

  • Manage scheduling inventory and ordering supplies efficiently.

  • Assess customer complaints/problems taking proper prompt and effective corrective action to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the store manager.

  • Assists with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.

  • Follows all cash management and cash register policies and ensures proper cash management practices are followed by shift team.
  • Provides feedback to store manager on partner performance during shift.

  • Supporting and enforcing all hotel and Starbucks operating policies and procedures.

  • Maintain clean organized and safe work environment aligned with hotel expectations.

  • Performs other tasks assigned by Management.

Compensation

$22.00/hour

Qualifications:

  • 3 years retail / customer service management experience.
  • Minimum High School or GED.
  • Consistently maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Energetic and outgoing with a positive attitude driven to provide an outstanding customer service experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor with professional maturity.
  • Must have excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills and must be able to interact with all levels of associates and customers in a professional and cordial manner.
  • Excellent organizational computer analytical interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings evenings weekends and/ or holidays.
