Your Mission:
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of CRM data and files related to patient support programs by identifying and correcting discrepancies.
- Assist in analyzing patient data to generate insights and support decision-making processes for program improvements.
- Maintain organize and standardize storage of patient support program-related documents on
- SharePoint for easy access and retrieval.
- Monitor track and organize Manufacturer contractual documents to facilitate timely contract renewals or updates.
- Identify PSP Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) required to ensure audit-readiness.
- Assist with the creation of program operational documents.
- Assist with the development of presentations and reports to support patient support program initiatives.
- Assist with various departmental projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the patient support programs.
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling meetings preparing reports and handling correspondence related to patient support programs.
- Responsible to report any patient safety information as per adverse event reporting requirements and product quality complaints reporting requirements; and
- Other duties as required
What You Bring to the Table:
- Education:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary degree program in a relevant field of study such as healthcare administration public health business administration or a related science discipline.
- Experience & Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint).
- Experience working with or leading projects an asset.
- Ability to manipulate and work with data.
- Willingness and ability to quickly acquire and apply new knowledge.
- Prioritize initiatives and complete tasks or solve problems with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Bilingualism is an asset.

Compensation:At BioScript your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and isdeterminedwithin a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of laborbenchmarks for each specific role level and geographic location.
